A new speakeasy style rooftop cocktail bar atop Pier 17. R17 in the Seaport district offers year-round unbridled 360 views and is the ideal venue for sipping cocktails, enjoying some fine dining, or experiencing rooftop performances.

Anthony Franze worked closely with the designers to convert the design intent into an efficient parametric 3D model and technical documentation set. The development process takes into consideration the transformative nature of the design elements. During the winter months an intimate and cosy space invites around 70 patrons to relax in a warm and calming atmosphere. Moreover, in summer the design elements rearrange to cater for approx. 300 patrons in an open, energetic atmosphere.
